At Knoepfler Chevrolet we welcome all GM vehicles no matter where they were purchased. Our technicians are fully trained to work on Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile and GMC trucks. Our commercial team also works on light-duty diesels, motor homes and medium duty trucks.

Management:
Gordon Pynn, our Service Director, started his automotive management career in 1981 and has been with Knoepfler Chevrolet since 1986. Service Manager, Sam Silacci, received his technical training from Wyoming Technical Institute and, after spending time in Rapid City, came to Knoepfler Chevrolet to work as a technician. Sam since has been promoted to Lead Technician then to Assistant Manager and now as Service Manager.
Technical Staff & Trainning:
Presently, we employ 21 technicians. Our technicians are required to be both ASE Certified as well as GM Certified. Currently, Knoepfler Chevrolet has exceeded General Motor's training standards by over 300%. We provide on-going training and, by obtaining the latest diagnostic equipment, enable our technicians to have the best possible advantage to fix your vehicle right, the first time. |
